This month we ran our latest work experience placement at Browne. We are very pleased to have welcomed two young students for the week. Justin, 14 years old and Tyler, 17 years old who had the opportunity to rotate through various departments within the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of different roles and get an overview of our organisation. This initiative was coordinated by Sophia Bruce, our Learning & Development Advisor with an aim to inspire and help the students make informed decisions about their future career paths in the construction industry.
“My work experience has been very good this week, I’m very surprised by how much I have learnt. I am looking forward to seeing how all the departments operate but so far, business development has been the best and the most interesting for me. Also, meeting everyone at Browne has shown me how important a healthy work place is and I believe that this is a great work environment. Everyone has been kind and helpful."
