Location: Based at Head Office, Meelin House, Enfield, but will involve travel around London and South East of England (As a guide Affinity Water, South East Water & Thames Water areas)

Role Purpose

To manage water related construction projects from site set up to hand over, safely delivering works, completion within programme, managing costs and delivering to the clients specification/requirements.

Role Summary

  • Liaise with Design Team

  • Formulate and implement procurement strategy

Estimator for Enisca (Cookstown)

Location: Cookstown

Key Competencies

A third level qualification in related discipline, e.g., Electrical/Engineering, Construction/Quantity Surveying or experience in a same or similar role. Hold a full UK driving licence. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Role Purpose

The role will involve working on a wide range of bids and tenders including several secured long-term contracts and frameworks across the UK within the construction, water, wastewater, and utilities sectors. Working within a team, the Estimator will be involved in proactively identifying opportunities, analysing bids, tenders, and other associated documentation to prepare activity schedules including time, material and labour variables and costs.

Role Summary

  • Working within the wider Enisca team to source information, develop the company’s proposition and manage the flow of information.

  • Prepare accurate estimates and tender bids from customers documentation, specifications, and other related information and standards.

  • Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders.

  • Identifying appropriate suppliers and subcontractors from the company’s supplier database or the client’s preferred supplier list.

  • Generating enquiries, obtaining, and analysing quotes for tender requirements from sub-contractors and suppliers.

Role Purpose

The Senior Design Engineer will be an essential part of a highly skilled team responsible for designing and constructing a variety of projects. You will lead a team of design engineers and provide support to Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Your leadership and guidance will be essential to the success of the team.

Role Summary

  • Analyse and interpreting preconstruction data and information and client specifications and ensure project designs meet their requirements.

  • To solve problems and develop design solutions, play a central role in designing necessary mechanical equipment for power and process control.

  • Produce the design deliverables, such as specifications, drawings, data sheets, and schedules, in accordance with the contract requirements.

  • Ensure design risk assessments and design solutions consider innovation/value engineering for best value, as well as safety, cost, and time constraints.

Role Summary

  •  Be able to carry out take-offs from drawings / BIM CAD models.

  • Be able to build up rates for labour, plant, material, subcontract from first principles.
